Terms & Conditions — jg99 Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or regulation include any amendment or re-enactment of that statute or regulation.

By accessing the jg99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jg99 platform and close your account.

jg99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jg99 will display a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the Player's responsibility to review this document periodically.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read together with jg99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms shall prevail only in respect of the specific subject matter of that promotion; in all other respects these Terms shall govern.

Access to and use of the jg99 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jg99 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or wager on the platform. This restriction is absolute and applies without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jg99, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless jg99 has provided express written permission.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the jg99 platform or had your account closed by jg99 for a breach of these Terms, unless jg99 has expressly reinstated your eligibility.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress, compulsion, or the influence of any substance that impairs your judgement at the time of placing any wager.

jg99 conducts age verification as part of its KYC process. Any Player found to be under 18 at the time of registration will have their account immediately and permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to jg99's fraud review procedures. jg99 cooperates with any law enforcement investigation relating to underage gambling.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jg99 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. jg99 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is confirmed, jg99 will close all associated accounts, void any wagers placed from those accounts, and retain any bonus funds credited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any detail changes. jg99 bears no responsibility for losses, delays, or failed payments resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jg99 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform, and enabling any two-factor or OTP authentication options available on your account settings page.

KYC Verification: jg99 requires identity verification before processing a Player's first withdrawal. The following documents may be requested during KYC review:

• Valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) — both front and back
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in the Player's name)
• Selfie photograph with the NID held clearly in frame, if requested by the jg99 compliance team

KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days. jg99 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.

All transactions on the jg99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jg99 does not charge Players any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your MFS provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which jg99 accepts no responsibility.

jg99 applies a same-method withdrawal policy: withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect Players from unauthorised withdrawals to unfamiliar accounts.

jg99 reserves the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal request, regardless of whether the Player has previously completed KYC. Withdrawal requests that cannot be verified within the platform's standard review window may be held for up to five (5) business days pending additional documentation. Players will be notified by email if a withdrawal requires additional review.

Deposits that have not been wagered at least once before a withdrawal request is submitted may be subject to a processing review. jg99 operates a real-money gaming platform and is not a payment intermediary or banking service.

jg99 offers various bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and seasonal offers to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement (and in case of conflict, take precedence over) the general provisions of this clause. Each promotion page states the applicable wagering requirement, minimum deposit, eligible games, maximum bonus conversion, and expiry period.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first meet the stated wagering requirement to be converted to Real Money Balance.
• The default wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses at jg99 is 30x the bonus amount unless a promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering on live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger) contributes 10% toward wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%. Sportsbook bets with odds of 1.5 or higher contribute 100%. Games excluded from wagering contribution are listed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus expiry periods begin from the moment the bonus is credited to a Player's account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically voided without further notice.
• jg99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and in active wagering are not affected by such withdrawal.
• Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting jg99 support. Once a bonus has been accepted and wagering has commenced, the Player may not retroactively reject it.
• A maximum of one (1) active welcome bonus applies per new Player. Existing Players are not eligible for new player welcome offers.

Bonus Abuse: jg99 employs automated monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging, systematic exploitation of wagering contribution differences, and coordinated multi-account bonus collection. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed under the provisions of Clause 8.

As a registered Player on the jg99 platform, you agree at all times to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Use the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other individual or entity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations that govern your access to and use of the jg99 platform from your location.
• Notify jg99 promptly if you become aware of any error in your account balance, a technical fault affecting game results, or any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• Cooperate fully with any KYC, identity verification, or fraud investigation process initiated by jg99.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jg99 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or wagering market.
• Cheating software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, AI-assisted decision tools, screen-scraping software, or any other programme that interacts with the jg99 platform in a non-human manner.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity, or using the platform to process, transfer, or obscure the origin of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false identity documents during KYC, initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits, or making misrepresentations to jg99 support.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly exploiting any software glitch, pricing error, or system fault to gain an advantage. Winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Abusive conduct: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward jg99 support staff, whether via email or any other communication channel.

jg99 cooperates with relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh and internationally where required. Suspected criminal activity, including money laundering and fraud, will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

jg99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by jg99.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Clause 7.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed underage use of the platform.
• Player self-exclusion request, whether through the platform tools or via a written request to [email protected].
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, jg99 reserves the right to:

• Void all pending and unsettled wagers.
• Forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings.
• Withhold Real Money Balance pending the outcome of any fraud or compliance investigation.
• Permanently bar the Player from re-registering on the jg99 platform.

Where an account is closed at the Player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion), jg99 will process any verified Real Money Balance outstanding after deducting any amounts owed to jg99 under these Terms. Voluntary account closures are processed within five (5) business days. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request".

jg99's decisions on account suspension and closure are final in the first instance. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may submit a formal dispute by email to [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving notice of the suspension. jg99 will review and respond to formal disputes within ten (10) business days.
